Welcome to the Students’ Section of Waterford ETNS

Welcome to the student area of our website — a space designed just for our WETNS pupils!
Here you’ll find useful information, resources, and updates on the many activities and initiatives happening across our school.

We’ll share regular updates from our Student Council, who work together to make our school an even better, kinder, and more inclusive place for everyone. You can see what projects they’re working on and how they represent the voices of all pupils in WETNS.

You can also find information about our merit systems and class rewards, where students are recognised for positive behaviour, kindness, effort, and participation in school life.

There are resources to help you with learning support, including information about how we help children who benefit from extra assistance in literacy, numeracy, and other areas of learning.

We also share updates about our school library, reading activities, and whole-school programmes that encourage a love of books and storytelling. Many classes take part in reading initiatives designed to build confidence, improve literacy skills, and help develop a lifelong enjoyment of reading.

You’ll also find details about the wide range of extra-curricular and in-school clubs and activities we offer throughout the year — such as sports, wellbeing initiatives, Green Schools, creative projects, and themed activity weeks.

This page is continually updated so check back regularly to see what’s new at Waterford ETNS!
