Board of Management
The Board of Management plays an important role in the life of our school. It works closely with the Principal, staff, parents and the wider school community to support the running and development of the school. The Board helps to ensure that the school is a safe, inclusive and well-managed place where children can learn and thrive. Responsibilities include areas such as school policy, finance, planning, buildings and supporting the school’s ethos and vision. Under the Education Act, every school has a Board of Management. Educate Together also provides guidance and support to Boards in its schools. (Educate Together)
The Board meets regularly throughout the year and members give their time voluntarily in service of the school community.
