We hope you enjoyed last week’s activities on the theme of love. I enjoyed seeing your projects, drawings and creations about love that you sent me. All those who have sent me photos of your great work, I have sent you a certificate for your hard work. Well done! You can see some of the great work on our school website www.wetns.ie . If anyone else would like to send me any photos of drawings, projects or work they’ve completed on our ethical education themes please email me carolrussell@wetns.ie and I can share them with our school community.
This week we are continuing our ethical education theme of love.
We are focusing on how we show love to others. There are lots of things we can do to show our love and respect. For example, tidying your bedroom, setting the table, helping with cleaning the house, smiling at someone, listening to their news or stories and writing a letter to someone. Chat together about all the things we can do to show our love. This week we are looking out for random acts of kindness to show love for others. Let us know what random acts of kindness happen in your house this week. I would love to hear about them.
