Waterford Primary Schools Boys Basketball Division 2 Champions!
After successfully winning the Waterford City Primary Schools Basketball Tournament, 6th class boys represented WETNS in the Division 2 final against Dunhill N.S. The teams were level at the final whistle, so two minutes extra time was played, allowing the boys to secure a win. The winning basket came from Danny Halligan with 90 seconds left on the clock. A fantastic achievement! Congratulations to all involved. They have done our school proud!
