Seachtain na Gaeilge 2014

We had a great Seachtain na Gaeilge. Dr Jimmy from Waterford Institute of Technology came to visit with some of his students. We had a session!                                                        

Discover Primary Science and Maths Award 2014

Our school has won another Primary Science and Maths Award. Thanks to all who helped us. We had great fun.                                                            

Saying Goodbye to Tycor

We left behind our old school at Morrisson’s Avenue, Tycor, Waterford. We were sad to leave but very happy to be moving to our nice new school at Manor Hill.  We had a lovely assembly to say goodbye.                                                                  

Europe Day May 9th 2014

We celebrated Europe Day on May 9th. We learned about the foundation of the European Union and how it was started after World War 2 to bring peace and prosperity to Europe. The 2014 Heritage Day at Waterford Educate Together was super! Thanks to all the Parents and Grandparents who made it! A huge thanks also to Michael who conducted walking tours of our school.

Interim School – Temporary Accomodation from March 1st 2014

On March 3rd Waterford Educate Together National School are moving into temporary accommodation. The location is in the old “Little Sisters of the Poor” building (aka “Saint Joseph’s House”), at the junction of Manor Hill and Hennessy’s Road in Waterford City. See the map Below View Larger Map
